Oregon Tool’s Third Party Code of Conduct sets clear expectations for our customers, suppliers, distributors, and other partners, ensuring they align with our commitment to ethical business practices, regulatory compliance, and human rights. We ask all third parties to uphold our standards, comply with all applicable laws, and foster safe, inclusive, and environmentally responsible workplaces.

If you see or suspect unethical behavior, misconduct, or violations of laws, regulations, or company policies, our Speak Up! Hotline is here for you. This confidential, secure, and easy-to-use reporting system allows Team Members, customers, suppliers, distributors, and other partners to report concerns confidentially, anonymously if preferred, and without fear of retaliation. Reports are promptly reviewed and investigated, and Oregon Tool strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
