Meet our Executive Leadership Team
Terry Hames
Terry Hames has been a driving force at Oregon Tool since 2008, serving in leadership roles that shaped the company’s growth and operational excellence. After holding the position of President & Chief Financial Officer, Terry was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in May 2025. With over 16 years of experience at Oregon Tool and prior leadership at Daimler, Terry brings deep financial and operational expertise, a commitment to innovation, and a passion for delivering value to customers worldwide.
Todd Hall
Since joining Oregon Tool in 2014, Todd has played a key role in shaping the company’s growth and customer focus. He began as President of the Concrete Cutting & Finishing (CCF) division, later took on global HR leadership, and most recently guided both the CCF and Farming, Ranching, and Agriculture (FRAG) divisions. In November 2024, Todd stepped into the role of Chief Commercial Officer, where he champions customer relationships and drives global commercial strategy. Before Oregon Tool, Todd honed his expertise at Owens Corning and General Motors, bringing a strong foundation in building trusted partnerships and delivering results.
Erin Courtney
Erin joined Oregon Tool in 2022 as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, bringing more than two decades of experience leading finance organizations through transformation, capital optimization, and enterprise value creation across global manufacturing and industrial sectors. In 2025, Erin was appointed Chief Financial Officer, where Erin oversees financial strategy and performance to support Oregon Tool’s long-term growth. Prior to joining Oregon Tool, Erin held senior finance and accounting leadership roles at Schnitzer Steel (Radius Recycling).
Nicole Keen
Nicole joined Oregon Tool in December 2023, bringing deep expertise in legal strategy and corporate governance. Before joining Oregon Tool, Nicole spent 13 years at Smiths Group plc, where she advanced through senior in-house legal roles and ultimately served as General Counsel & Head of ESG for the Smiths Interconnect Division. Earlier in her career, Nicole practiced law as an associate attorney at Crowell & Moring LLP, an international law firm. Today, Nicole leads Oregon Tool’s legal and compliance functions, guiding the company with a strong focus on ethics, global responsibility, enabling growth, and preserving value.
Ming Yuan
Ming has been a cornerstone of Oregon Tool’s manufacturing operations since joining the company in 2004 in a U.S.-based Manufacturing Analyst role. From 2006 to 2024, Ming served as General Manager of the Oregon Tool Fuzhou Plant, driving operational excellence and global production capabilities. In June 2024, Ming was promoted to Vice President of Global Manufacturing for Forestry, and now serves as Senior Vice President, Global Manufacturing, overseeing worldwide manufacturing strategy and execution. Prior to Oregon Tool, Ming gained valuable experience at PW Eagle.
Emily Lyle
Emily joined Oregon Tool in 2022 as Vice President of Human Resources, leading global HR operations and driving initiatives to support a strong, inclusive workplace culture. In July 2023, Emily was promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Resources & ESG, where Emily oversees talent strategy and environmental, social, and governance programs that align with Oregon Tool’s commitment to responsible growth. Prior to joining Oregon Tool, Emily held leadership roles at Fiskars Brands and Springs Window Fashions, bringing extensive experience in people development and organizational transformation.
Allen Carpenter
Allen joined Oregon Tool in April 2024 as Vice President of Transformation, bringing extensive experience in operational excellence, supply chain, and continuous improvement across global organizations. Prior to Oregon Tool, Allen held senior roles at FTI Consulting, Amazon, Ryder Supply Chain Solutions, and Panalpina, where Allen led large-scale transformation and logistics initiatives. Known for driving strategic change and fostering innovation, Allen is dedicated to advancing Oregon Tool’s transformation journey.
